What is your Policy on Returns/Cancellations/Refunds?
Due to the nature of artwork, we do not accept returns on original artwork; all sales are FINAL. We do our utmost to ensure that your artwork is packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. All artwork is insured and tracked. If you receive the product and it is damaged, please keep all packaging and product/s AND take pictures of both the packaging and the artwork and email them to: info@artbylale.com so that we can issue a refund after approval.
Cancellations:
Here at Art by Lale, we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you cancel your order before the item ships (usually within 24-72 hours), we will accept your cancellation. However, due to fees that are automatically charged at the order time that cannot be reversed, there will be a 15% fee that will be applied.
